Fast Weight Loss - Achieve the Body of Your Dreams in Months - Part 2/3
Video · published 2025-02-28
- Fast fat loss is the only method that succeeds: committing to reach your goal physique in under a year supplies the motivation to endure the discomfort, whereas slow fat loss shows no noticeable progress, demotivates you, and leads to quitting.
- Sequence the transformation deliberately — start with intermittent fasting alone in months 1-3 (cut 3 meals to 2, or 2 to 1, with zero calories between meals), so you can still eat the carbs you love while your body becomes somewhat fat adapted and less insulin resistant.
- Reframe hunger as progress: the discomfort is a signal from shrinking fat cells demanding a refill, and it should be ignored — there is no comfortable way to lose weight naturally. Black coffee (or green/black tea, with a little skim milk and stevia if desired) is one of the best appetite suppressants, and a pinch of sea salt in water can curb afternoon hunger without disrupting sleep.
- In month 4, at roughly 20% body fat, switch to a keto diet to drop from 20% to 15%: eliminate sugars, starchy vegetables, rice, pasta, and bread, read supermarket labels and buy nothing containing sugar, and give away any carbs you have at home. Keto is much easier after fasting first, and full fat adaptation in turn makes fasting easier by removing insulin spikes and dips — though adaptation takes time, so be patient.
- Build meals around protein and fat eaten first: any animal meat including its fat (which supports health at this stage and keeps you fuller longer), eggs, dairy (unsweetened yogurt preferred over milk), nuts, extra virgin olive oil, sesame or coconut oil — while avoiding highly processed seed oils like canola and sunflower. Limited very-low-sugar fruits such as berries are allowed, and vegetables can be dressed with olive oil, sea salt, and lemon juice.
- Drink water only when thirsty rather than hitting a predetermined daily amount, because forced water intake washes away electrolytes; supplement instead with potassium, magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin D, and K2.
- Whole organic foods can cover protein needs without powders or creatine, but if you use whey protein, drink the shake as a dessert after your meal.
- Following the first five steps should take an example 210-pound, 5'9" person from 30% to about 15% body fat (roughly 150 pounds) by month 6, setting up the final phase toward sub-10% body fat by month 12.
